How do you package your products?

Our packaging 100% recycled and biodegradable. Our boxes are 95% post-consumer, which means they’ve been made with materials that were already used for its intended purpose and about to be discarded. Our packing tape is plant-based and also biodegradable. We also repurpose any packing materials we receive!


Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes! While we acknowledge that 17% of total carbon dioxide emissions are caused by global shipping, we firmly believe in the importance of accessibility to sustainable products.


When will I receive my package?

We ship 1-2 business days after you place an order. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, as we stand firmly with the counter culture to “buy to try.” In 2018, 41% of online buyers purchased products with the intent on making a return. In our effort to mitigate carbon dioxide emissions from shipping, we encourage buyers to put thought and care into making the purchasing decisions to avoid returns. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@shopzerous.com and we will do our best to address your concerns.


What do I do at the end of my product’s life cycle?

While many of our products have been designed to last a lifetime, please refer to the “End of Life” tab in your item’s page for instructions on how to discard the product responsibly.
